| The stony soils and the arid climate of Mandorlaia give birth to this noble and generous wine from Tuscan Maremma. Grapes selection in the vineyard, low yield per wine tree, fermentation at controlled temperature and ywo years maturing in barrique originate a fully bodies, well balanced wine composed of Cabarnet Merlot with a touch of Petit Verdot. Vary intense dark ruby color with purple hues, elegant, well balanced: light vanilla nose with balsamic notes, impressive fully bodied powerful wine, rich, with soft tannins and subtle elegant texture, longlesting, full, tasty finish. |

Fermentation in stailess steel vats at controlled temperature of 28-29°, 18-20 maceration days
