"Vernaccia"

Colli Toscana Centrale IGT

| |
| With this wine at Castello di Poppiano we revive an ancient tradition. Vernaccia was already grown in the Poppiano Eastate in the 16th century when the Castle belonged to the historian Francesco Guicciardini: " ... I've had the Vemaccia pruned and tied..." wrote in 1540 the then bailiff of Poppiano. |
