| Maturing : |
In vats, then matured in large oak casks according to the Chianti tradition for 15 to 18 months; at least 3 months in the bottle. |
| Tasting Notes : |
Color: dark ruby with slightly garnet hues.
Nose: complex aromatic impact: leather opens to ripe fruit aromas followed by dark undergrowth fruit notes.
Taste: full bodied with noticeable tannins, intense but subtle texture, well harmonized with a well tempered alcohol. Pleasant, full, long and balanced finish. |
