"Morellino Carbonile"

Morellino di Scansano DOCG

 
A young very traditional Morellino, based on Sangiovese with very little complementary grapes.
 
Grape Varieties :  San Giovese 95%, Alicante, Merlot, Cabarnet 5%
Wine Making Process :  Fermentation in stailess stell vats at controlled temperature of 28-29°C, 14 days maceration.
Maturing and Aging :  In vats for 8-10 months then in bottle.
