"Rosato di Poppiano"

Toscana IGT

 
Obtained from fermentation at controlled temperature of musts of canaiolo and Ciliegiolo after a very limited maceration (24-48 hours). An easy drinking plesant fresh wine.
 
Grapes Varieties :  Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo
Wine Making Process :  Short maceration (24-48 ore) and fermentation "in white"  in stailess steel vats at controlled temperature of 20° - 22° C.
Maturing :  In vats, then in bottle
