"Terre di Poppiano"

Chianti DOCG

 
Obtained from the typical grapes of Chianti including some traditional complementary grapes. fermented slowly at controlled temperature in the old tuscan way. A young lively ruby-red Chianti with intense vinous bouquet.
 
Grape Varieties :  Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Colorino 20%
Wine Making Process :   Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 28-29°C, 14 days maceration.
Maturing and Aging :  In vats for 8-10 months then in bottle.
