| The Guicciardini for centuries have cultivated Sangiovese (The undiscussed king of the viticulture in Tuscany) on the steep and sunny hills of Castello di Poppiano. At Castello di Poppiano we strongly believe that Sangiovese and Syrah are highly complementary and that a touch of Syrah contributes structure and body as well as a lovely dimension to Sangiovese in Toscoforte. |
