In vats at a controlled temperature at 26-27°C (79-81°F) with a maceration of 14 days. |
| Maturing : |
In vats, then for 4-6 months in large oak casks; at least 2 months in the bottle. |
| Tasting Notes : |
Color: brilliant ruby with purple hues.
Nose: very incisive aromas which open with fruity flavours of cherry and blackberry.
Taste: great balance between the alcoholic component and tannins. Elegant, deep, long fin. |
